3. Enrollment, Fees, and Payment

• Registration: Enrollment in IUEE University programs is subject to eligibility verification and acceptance by our admissions department.
• Payment Terms: All tuition fees, registration fees, and course material costs must be paid in full or according to an approved payment schedule prior to granting full access to course materials, digital platforms, or certification pathways.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Strict 3-Day Refund Window

• Eligibility Period: Students or purchasers are entitled to request a full refund of tuition or program fees within strictly three (3) calendar days from the date of initial payment or registration confirmation, whichever occurs first.
• No Refunds After 3 Days: NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, OR PRO-RATED REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AFTER THREE (3) CALENDAR DAYS from the initial transaction date.
• Course Material Access Exception: If a student accesses, downloads, or completes more than 25% of the digital course material within the initial 3-day window, the right to a refund is forfeited immediately.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Misrepresentation of professional background or credentials during application.
• Disruptive, harassing, or malicious conduct toward instructors, administrators, or fellow students on IUEE University platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

IUEE University makes no guarantee of specific employment outcomes, salary increases, or visa eligibility resulting from completion of its programs. Programs are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. IUEE University shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or educational materials.
